DIVERSITY IN ADVERTISING

Late last year I was invited to see a screening of a film that Rick Boyko and The 4A's put together to serve as inspiration for future talent. I must say this film definitely gives a broad definition of roles and functions in advertising. It's sad the only media piece associated to Advertising is Mad Men. I hope you enjoy the film, and remember creativity has no gender, race, or age only infinite possibilities to change life itself.

15 Years ago I met this guy with my friends Anton Marchand and Rich Nice, A&R's from Trackmasters. I never forget I heard him say in the office, "If you can keep 5 hustles going at the same time do em' , make sure they all pay well, if you lose at one make sure it don't cause you to lose them all "!
This guy is a visionary and made way for folks like me to switch from the music industry to Advertising.
