While using reference photography and original blueprints courtesy of Audi, Taras Lesko transformed 285 sheets of paper + 750 Printed Parts + 245 hours to assemble this replica 245 Horsepower car.
If I was a printer company this would be my advertisement. If a printer could print clear visuals like this I think everyone would want to buy it.
Over a series of years we rarely see a fashion brand and automobile collaboration. The one car company I know from the past, that did a before market production, was Mercury and Nautica. Also back in day rappers and hustlers used to get custom cars with MCM, Gucci, or LV with Dapper Dan. Well lately Fiat have been doing cool things with various fashion brands. I know last year they did something with Diesel. Fiat have teamed up with the luxury brand Gucci. Gucci is having it's 90th Anniversary and Italy is on brink of celebrating the 150th Anniversary of Independence this is a good way to bring in both occasions.
The 500 by Gucci will be available from April 1st to June 30th exclusively by pre-order online at 500byGucci, with a starting list price from 17,000 Euro [approx. $23,419] in Italy.
This was great idea, shout to my boy Lapo on this one!
In New York City there is always a problem, finding parking. As parking garages and lots are being transformed into Luxury High Rises parking is rather scarce in NYC. On the West Side of Manhattan there luxury homes being built to not only have good square footage, but to have parking accessibility in your home. Located on 200 11Th Avenue there will be luxury apartments that will range from about 1,300 sq. ft. to 3,500 sq. ft, and include a private, 300 square foot parking spot. "This elevator system, the first of its kind in Gotham City, will recognize each resident’s car as it approaches the building’s entrance and then lift it, driver and all, to a private, parking spot in the sky adjacent to the resident’s apartment,” says Arch Record. Look like the single Playboy or Single Vixen in Manhattan can come right of the West Side Highway and take the date to 1st base sooner than later with this amenity, or if the cops are tailing you this is good, lol!
One thing for sure, it seem like the Middle East is "Recession Proof"! I have not seen either Bugatti or Lamborghini ask for money for a bail out. Over in Kuwait someone keeps the word fast "Golden" and surely paid the costs for this need for speed. In Kuwait there is a gold Bugatti Veyron that luckily have caught glimpses by people and speeding cameras. The car does not look tacky and is treated to a $10K detail job regularly. Since this car is by all mean haute, there is no question for it to be stored in a climate-controlled garage. Thanks goodness this is not similar to the tacky bling car like that gold Mercedes that is over Dubai. My only question is this really gold? We all know gold is heavy, and how can you enjoy speed if it's weighed down?!
Well look like even the folk at Nissan are practicing "Retro". In 2009 The Nissan Z has a little facelift, but to me seem like its going back to basics. The new 370Z has a 3.7 liter engine that produces 330HP. The design of the car has similar design which adopts from its ancestor the 1969 Datsun. The Z new design makes it look a little like the 1990 Supra or BMW Z3 Coupe. We all know the Z always have met expectations and in 2009 I look forward to this release from Nissan. This may even be a purchase by me!
Well seem like somebody is making a return to the U.S. Auto market. Yes, ladies and gentlemen Alfa Romeo is coming back after a long 13 year hiatus! Alfa Romeo will be importing 84 models of the 8C Competizione and retailing them through Maserati dealers. Also soon to come will be the 8C Competizione Spyders and the 8C Competizione GTA. I am glad Alfa Romeo is making a comeback!!! I wonder if the US will ever see Fiat or Sterling as well. As of now these cars will be making its mark in US territories for 2009 and 2010....stay tuned!
Man this car look like Borat designed this in his sleep, and guess what its for Princess Regina Abdurazakova from Kazakhstan, for real! This Mini Cooper Limo has a whirlpool 47’’ LCD TV, 70 TFT monitors, 30 parking sensors, and 20 parking cameras inside. 50 grams of pure gold was spent to make the gold sputtered front windows. This car was designed and made by Juhan Losop from Metal Hammer.
The Shagadelic Glamour
